How do I make instant upgrades?

If you don't know what I am talking about I read in the readme that i need Java Runtime 1.2 (JRE 1.2) but if you don't could you send me your version of GUEdit

im getting an error

This is internal error of LMPQAPI library
im opening campaign editor then the .jar file
im getting the menu but when I try to open a map it gives me this message
I have tried opening the .jar file w/o campaign editor
staredit is NOT opening (this is the same thing as campaign editor right)
A little help please

You don't need to run Staredit/Campaign Editor to use GUEdit.
If you want to use it, you run GUEdit.jar.

When you load it up, it has some selectable options and some non-selectable (the ones grayed-out). One of them is "load".

Click on load and choose the .scm or .scx file you want to modify.

I think you need version 3.2 or later to have instant upgrades...

I am unable to edit the terrain every time i change properties for other things tey reset when i go back in.

The Change Terrain option is only availible for a selected few. (I'm afraid I don't know which ones though.)

nothing seems to be changing
every time I hit OK for something and go back in it resets again

Ok here's the lowdown... If you open GUedit, you can't open Staredit... Instead just save the map through GUedit and test the map yourself(single player or on b.net but use a password), this way you can see the changes and adjust as needed... I am known as {666}Azazel on Battle.net and if you need any other help e-mail me at [email protected]. Hope this helps you guys...

P.S. If you use the change player colours in GUedit, then open up your newly saved file in Staredit(even with a patch like SCEP@ or something), you will notice that there are no changes to the player colours... Samething with upgrades and stuff... Oh yeah... Don't forget to check out my map... DBZ-The Saiyan Saga...

u dont need any fancy staredit thing all u need to do is enter 8739 for the time and the factor.:D

    Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
