How do i use Yobguls File Converter?

with wc3sear.ch gone and wc3campaigns gone and the one at infocepter doesn't work i thought I'd finally found what i was looking for Here but when i try to use it i get a range of errors

1. I tried copying game.dll ijl15.dll Mss32.dll and Storm.dll into the file and i get the error "This application failed to start because War3.exe was not found. Re-installing the applictation may fix the problem"

2. I tried putting the converter inside my Warcraft directory and i get the error "The application failed to initialize properly (0x00000005)..."

I have tried sooo many things and sooo many different downloads of this program, please can someone tell me how to get this thing to work!

i had the same problem but no one realy helped me with that back then so i just quitted from this program since i couldn't solve this

I'm really interested in learning how to edit models etc. but i can't do it without this program, thats unless theres another program that can convert MDX to MDL?

If somebody posts a question about that i ask mine too:
All those modelling tools are in directories. If i take the .exe things out of the directory it gives an error message. if i let them in not.
It's little annoying. i have allways 2 directories to open :> Is there a way to solve this?

Yes.
There is MDLX, but that one's on wc3campaigns.
There is also War3 Model Editor (again in useful tools topic).
Open either a MDX or MDL using it and you will be able to Save As... to either one of those formats.

And try not to bump before 24 hours passed in the future.

Edit: I just figured out that the problem here was in Game.dll, you shouldn't copy it from the Warcraft directory, there's a special version that has to be used. I'll see if I can upload it later.
I also have MDLX, will get that one up as well.
