How do you teleport an enemy unit (with teleport animation) when on low HP?

I want a unit that I have created to (on low HP) become invulnerable and teleport away, preferably with the animation to make it obvious that it has. Can anyone help? I know how to make it invulnerable and how to move a unit instantly but i want to know how to add in a teleport animation. thanks
