How to Invite for play

Dudes, sorry if this is not the correct way to ask this... but,
How can I invite friends to play?

My connection at home is radio, on my brother's is cable. But in both cases we can't invite each other.
The systems are win XP. Tried even with the windows firewall and antiviruses off.

I simply can't arrange team for play.
Can someone gimme a clue?

It means that you can't host on either one of the computers. Either go to PortForward.com or do some router setups.
