I cant get on battle.net wc3

I cant get on bnet US East but I can get on US west. I went to blizzard.com for support but the website was down and when I tried to go to the battle.net website forums for open tech supoort, it was also down. I have tried restarting my computer but every time I connect to US east i get this message:

Once again, I can connect to US west and everything, but not US East. I cant think of anything that can possibly get me banned. Someone please help.

Its probably down too. Get on US West and go to the Open Tech Support Channel and ask there. Good Luck!
