Importing spells

Hey, I've had a few spells made for me by different people (most recently by Squishy) and i was wondering the easiest way to import them into my map because i have just been printing the screen, opening a Paint and pasting it so i can re-copy it but there must be an easier way. Is there a import button or something i could be using?

You can just copy the trigger, or a catagory if there is multiple and then you simply paste it into the map that you want to use it in. You can also copy the abilities and units that you need.
