Internet usage monitoring apps

anyone knows any free good apps i could use to monitor my home-internet usage?
like: visited web sites, current download/upload speed, current users
and actions like, prevent some IPs from using the connection... etc

Most of this can be remotely controlled through you're own router. And the others can be controlled by simply checking you're computer(s) at home.

Edit: I know some offices use programs like this, but i'm unaware of one since i never had the need to own one. Try searching for something related to Router Tracking, or Internet information programs.

wireshark for analyzing who uses what, then router for blocking certain IP's (or hosts file)
