Ok thanks whom helped me on the Kill Switch thread... I have a somewhat simular situation here but more complex.

Description:

A unit hits a button and mines spawn in a mine field.
(Ex: (Region "Mine01" "Mine02" "Mine03" - spawn individual for now)

Now they stay there unless another (playerowned) unit hits the button.

So far I have it working but it doesnt remove the other players mines. it just makes the second players mines spawn over them..

I want to make it remove all of the mines in the area at the start of the trigger then spawn the triggering units mines..

How would I set up something like this.


Event- Unit Enters Region A (Hits button)
Action - remove units of type from Region B

set unitgroup = units of type in region
pick every unit in unitgroup and remove

That give you a basic idea?

I had the basic idea, but there isnt a Units of type in Region , just a units of type... I suppose i could make the mines unique but thats the long road. (cause they are used in other places as well) :p

eh seems i tried it the slightly longer way... just made a custom goblin mine and had a trigger remove all of the custom ... :)

set unitgroups = units in region matching (with units in region matching conditions) unit type of matching unit is equal to mine
pick units in unitgroups and remove
