only one boot movement speed bonus

Hey guys,
i was playing dota when i realized, how do they make it so that you can only get movement speed bonuses from one pair of boots but you can movement speed bonuses from other items?

i want it so that you can get bonuses from items that up ms but you can only get bonuses from one type of boots.

dude... the movement speed that will not stack is the movement speed bonus(boots)

boots + yasha(aura) + razor movement speed(aura)

stacks.

boots + boots of travel + treads = won't

ooooohhhhhh so if i just base it off the same ability it wont stack?
