How can i write in the Quest Log? (F9)

You need triggers like this:

Quest Making
    Events
        Time - Elapsed game time is 2.00 seconds
    Conditions
    Actions
        Quest - Create a Required quest titled Triggers with the description Blah blah, using icon path ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAmbush.blp

Instead of Map Initialization, the time is better, because using that event can do some serious problems.
