I think there should be a small reset button on the back of the router. Just use a pin to hit it or something.

If you want an exact answer you will have to post the make and model of your router.

In most cases it is going to be what MeRcChRiS said.

Not quite. That button could also reset the appliance to its factory default settings. Possibly not what you want.

So study the manual, find the chapter where it tells you how to access it from your computer (either Telnet or HTTP) and read it in order to do a proper reboot. Or just pull the cable.
