Remove poison

im using Envenomed Spears spell, is poison that damage per second.
I cant find any of item or spell that able remove poison(buff).

Use trigger. Remove specific buff.

i have finnsh with spell here are my trigger (im not very good to made trigger)

• Remove poison
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
  • Conditions
    • (Ability being cast) Equal to Remove poison
  • Actions
    • Unit - Remove Poison (Info) buff from (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Remove Poison (Non-stacking) buff from (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Remove Poison (Stacking) buff from (Triggering unit)

How can i made trigger with item ?
