Removing a trojan?

I got some fcking trojan on my computer, i used norton internet security to remove but can't, it's a very high security risk, any suggestions on removing this piece of shit trojan? I'm also currently downloading spy bot search and destroy. Plz need help. And i'm not sure if this will rid it, but i found the infected file and deleted it
