Yes. Customize it to fit your needs. Instead of creating 2 units, run this loop twice.

Add Or, muplie functions into the Condition and put up the 5 players each and every one in seperate conditions there which are to get Green colored units.

Something Like this
What its doing is if this player is playing it turns on another trigger that spawns for that player
I mean sure theres a lot of triggers involved but it works. also make sure you make it check for each player and create a seperate trigger.
Trigger:
  • If Each Player is Playing
    • Events
      • Map initialization
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            • If - Conditions
              • (Player 1 (Red) slot status) Equal to Is playing
            • Then - Actions
              • Trigger - Turn on Red <gen>
              • Unit - Create 1 Footman for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing (270.0) degrees
              • Unit - Create 1 Footman for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing (270.0) degrees
              • Wait 120.00 seconds
            • Else - Actions
          • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            • If - Conditions
              • (Player 2 (Blue) slot status) Equal to Is playing
            • Then - Actions
              • Trigger - Turn on Red <gen>
              • Unit - Create 1 Footman for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing (270.0) degrees
              • Unit - Create 1 "Your Unit and change to how many" for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing (270.0) degrees
              • Wait 120.00 seconds
            • Else - Actions

Trigger:
  • Red
    • Events
      • Time - Every 120.00 seconds of game time
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit - Create 1 Footman for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing (270.0) degrees

What that means is something like Remember for the first part to copy the "If player 1 red slot status is = to is playing then turn on this and spawn this but wait 120 seconds before turning on this trigger (Which is the spawning the units.

Try going to Objects "Your unit" and find the "Use Custom Unit Color" or something like that enable it and set it to what color it should have

As I mentioned before. Even if you set the unit to have a custom color in the object editor it will be ignored upon creating one by triggers.
