switches and ground units flying

How do switches work and how do you set them? I don't understand exactly how they work. Even when I look at other maps.

And I'm using StarEdit SE and I tried to make it so that several ground units attack to a certain location and when I test it out, the units FLY to the location instead of going by the ground route.

Switches are pretty simple. Trigger A sets switch 1.

When switch 1 is set, trigger B will "work" and you can set it to clear the switch or turn it off.

How do ground units fly across any surface?

I don't know. I created a trigger using Star Edit and when I tried to run it, it sent all units flying to the location.

Help u Out

Well im going to help you out a bit with SWITCHES which can be confoozing at first but ull get the hang of it:D ...

1. Condition -Switch 1 is Set
Action - Create 2 Marine at Location X
Action - Issue all of Any Unit owned by Player 1 to Move to Location Y

Then trigger two would be

2. Condition -Player 1 brings Atleast X Any Unit toLocation Z
Action - Switch 1 is Set

It Would go something like that... meaning whatever switch one is set too in the condition is the tirgger/triggers that it is going to run in action, it is more ifficient for Defense Maps
