Upgrading health of units

Could someone post a script that gives a health bonus upgrade to all current and future units of player red for example.

All players can build same units so the upgrade would only have to come to red units for example.

Huh.. cant you just use a regular upgrade? Wouldnt that work?

A Upgrade would work, why complicate things when you can just use an upgrade?

Can someone show me how I make an upgrade that increases red unit's health by 10% (current and future units).

Also show me how to trigger the upgrade with a script.
