Vertex Modifier

I decided to learn modelling but whenever I open a mdl file with vertex modifier it say : "Run-time error 9 : Subscript out of range"

Hm, I remember having some errors with vertex modifier in the start but i read some readme and that solved it. For me (if i remember correctly) the problem was that the comma character for me was "." and have should been a "," instead or the other way round.

I already done this.This error has nothing to do with the "." and the ","

Ah wait, have you converted the file?? The file needs to be either mdx or mdl I can't remember which since it was a while ago I did this.

E: Google it maybe hah.

It require a mdl file.
And I use a .mdl file

Tricky indeed, try to google the error I think i did something like that and had to install something else also.

Where I download it?
Because I dl it in C/WINDOWS/system32 but still nothing :/
