It's kinda difficult finding nice 2 player castle defense maps, but I found some maps that I hope will be fun for that kind of setting of 2 player warfare:
Castle Duel (the text is in a different language though, German I think)
Protect the Castle
Castle Defend

Battledome ]|[ - A Hero Arena that doesn't suck, probably the best and most decently balanced you'll play.
Burbenog TD - A classic and original TD that leaves much to be desired..

For the zombie (or undead/dark) rpg's:
Silent Hill Hardcore - the best suspense-themed RPG I've played so far.
Afterlife (Survival)

You can help me look for a Starship Trooper map (cant remember the exact name), which is like hero defence. I think it is 8 players, all in the centre defending the base. And the enemies (Arachnid) are at the 4 corners.

I will come back if I thought of more

Both are 8 player Starship Trooper maps in which the objective is to defend the center base using a Hero you've chosen from the arachnid bugs which appear from four corners of the map.

I'm looking for a map that's almost like Footmen vs Grunts.
With multipe sides fighting against eachother, but i dont like footmen frenzy.

thers like 6-7diff elements i think and theres an island were you can spend lumber type points on spells
theres a main "war place"
and other island you dont ever see it on bnet hardly
