[WIP]2D LAN Brawler

I started this project about three months ago and the first month was great, most of what you will see in the game was done there and then. Then I got a job.. And now I have school..
But I digress.

This game's called "Pixel Heroes" which makes no sense because the game has no story line.
The name, like the rest of the game is temporary; I still have yet to think of most of the stuff..

What you can do:
Host a game
Join a game
Select a character and assign skills
Kill baddies
Be killed by baddies
Lose

What you can't do:
Win
And thousands of other things

The UI is extremely bad; and I do feel bad.
As a warning, you have to assign skills before starting the game or your character will have no skills to kill enemies with!

There are only, like, three characters with 9 skills, I think.
Download, try it out and if you get stuck, tell me how far you got! (So I can fix my poor UI design)

I should probably just download this and check but i cant unzip or rar from this computer. Is this for computer or phones? Also I always like to see pictures in these threads I am currently writing a C++ 'game' as my first attempt. It's not really a game because it's not interactive, i will eventually use it to control a robot i am building Want to make a game next over the next 6 months i plan to commence

As a UI suggestion: Add some highlight when you mouse over a "button" (maybe some background color, or a small hand-icon that points at it like in old gameboy games). The click animation is pretty sweet.

As you can see from the screenshots, there are still bugs.. =P
The bats are annoying creatures =/
I think I'll slow their move speed..

Also, while uploading the images, it got to 101% for each image; hahaha

a lot of old games had those restrictions - they usually just got faster/harder and you got a "high score" - I guess you could consider getting on the leaderboard a win
