Yo, I have been working on another project over the last few weeks, Compound 13. Sadly I have ran out of time (for the moment) to complete that map as I have work commitments to deal with. What I have done is exported my Marine System from that map and dropped it into this one in hope that someone will find it useful... whether they can learn something from it, use it to make their own map or just take bits and pieces.

The terrain was slapped together in only a short period tonight, but I have included a few custom doodad models I have made that you can also export to use.

The Marine System consists of 8 guns and 4 armor types to create 32 different marines, aswell as a command mode that allows any one marine at any time to assist the team by managing upgrades and item drops.

Because I have ripped this from my other map, many triggers have been deleted that were specific to that map.... so their may be some errors as I haven't tried this with multiplayer yet.

But yeah, if you find something you like feel free to use it. peace

Nah I cant... I just dont have the time to finish the second team, balance the game, create a larger range of items, etc. That's why I have post it here like this, so hopefully someone can make use of it and the time hasn't been completely wasted.

The game also has ammo systems aswell as other more complex triggers that a new map maker might want to learn from, or cut and paste if they cant do it themselves. Also with a bit of a buff and shine on the terrain, added quests and tweaked units someone could just develop this into there own zombie map.

Just download it and give it a test run to see if it can be useful to you

I did, lol. it was nice, I liked the walls for the base. Anyways, i don't really have a need for it now. If only you posted this a few months before when I was making a sick zombie map. The map file got corrupted and stuff and I was so mad at wasting hours on it so I gave up on zombie maps lol. Good job anyway.

    Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
