Diablo II hire rogue equipement

I`m not able to open the equipement pack of the rogue i hire why

read the manual. you are not supposed to.

In diablo 2 classic you can't. In lod hit o and that should do it; only certain items can be equipped, however.

Also in D2 LOD if you right click on your hireling you open up its inventory/character screen.
