I think the three at the ones look a little "grain-ish" to me. Like almost a little glitter-ish. I mean the first + picture from the left, the move Icon and the patrol icon.
But I don't know if that is just the pictures or if it looks like that in-game aswell. I have not tested them there.
Thx for comments + feedbacks. I believe they look better in-game( becuz they're smaller) But probably the effects are better outside. Anyway, I need maybe suggestion on what more icons i upgrade or do... They'll come out in version 1.3.
Maybe with all the icy ones you did with the technique you told me, (like move and patrol) make them more "icy" if you know what i mean, like not so smooth make them a bit rigged and have cracks, and hey how about a small droplet of water in a few of the icons? Just a suggestion.
the first one is very nice it looks like snow, but i prefer the second, brilliant job. One small request on the second one, make the top crack near the arrow
smaller in length, it goes to much downwards, maybe make cracks trailing off of it into the middle area, also don't make the crack too "straight", make it rigged and trail off like a zig zag. I know this seems like tedious work but im just helping you improve it and get it approved by the mods.
Some remind me of ice, others remind me of grain. =P
Great job on some of them, but the others look too pixeled. But gj, the hold position one looks the coolest in my opinion. (even though it is mainly I recolor =P, I like the color blue a lot though)
Version1.3a is out, But kingbdogz, i dun get u by what u were saying trailing off. And imma take a break.. The other one(not snowy) is some real hard work.. Not easy to do.. I hope I can update it soon enough.
Sorry, been really busy these days.. had to go out every day.... I'll try to update it as soon as possible, and to change the commands, u have to go to the gamplay instances,(or the one below/top of it) and change it. U can check my test map too.
Okay... I'm finally back to clear the spiderwebs... I've tried making the icons and experimenting on new ones, such as ice that are just starting to freeze, and also external cracks ice. Besides that, I've also tried making zig-zag cracks and also experimenting on the degree of whiteness. I'll put some examples and hope that you guys can comment and give me feedbacks on how to improve and so on. Thanks all supporters, sorry for keeping you guys waiting for SO long, feedbacks and comments are greatly appreciated.
Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.
@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
You can get there if you click the bell icon (alerts) and choose preferences from the bottom, signature will be in the menu on the left there https://www.thehelper.net/account/preferences
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
