How would I make it so that upon using an ability, (I can do that), a dummy hexes a random unit near the hero, and repeats this 2 more times? Thanks.

yea, it was late and i am sleepyThe above "trigger" would work except that it has a chance to pick the unit that just got Hexxed.
Right after you "pick units in range", put in "Remove <TARGET> from <UNITGROUP>".
And also after "Order dummy to Hex picked unit", put "Remove Picked unit from <UNITGROUP>".
((((Triggering unit) belongs to an enemy of (Owner of HexMultipleCastingUnit))
