I've been getting the same error with my AMD Dual-core 64-bit CPU. I've also heard from other people with the same problems with these processors. Too bad, though. They're real work-horses.
And yeah, I guess it's because they get too hot, and AMD are kinda cheap with the paste.
I can't use Bnet, as the updater fails. It can't find the Warcraft III\InstallPath registry entry. It's weird, because I haven't edited anything that could've removed/changed this.

Put the two regions(3 and 2) into an array. Then you just setup a counter variable which switches from 0 to 1 (0 = region 3, 1 = region 2. Or vice versa) and order them to go to those regions.
