Does anyone knoow how to create this spell? Passive Chain Lightning the unit has a 50% chance to cast a chain lightning on attacked enemy, it can bounce up to 3 enemies 100 damage per bounce its has only 1 level

yeah a player controls a pokemon trainer. the pokemon trainer has the ability to catch pokemon. if the pokemon trainer catches a pokemon it will be transfered to a region this map is an adventure and every 3 minutes there is a battle against players
