What I want to do is that after a set amount of time a unit (Boss/Hero) begins casting an ability. My problem is not the trigger itself, only to find the appropiate function to make the boss use his ability.

Put your first functions to the beginning of the second function ;)

Okey... Why do you need to transform it into RoC? :S Everyone got TFT. and that method I showed you is the only one and correct one... Or do you mean in the loading screen?
