why would you trigger the cooldown? you just want the ability to have a cooldown.. just add a cooldown time fot that ability and that's it..

What about any passive(like bash but without any bash and stuff.. just doing nothing and adding a cooldown) using reincarnation Art-Icon ??

try just using reincarnation but taking the Reincarnation(effect) away.. maybe that'll work, if that's what i understood you want

btw, skyblade333, it works just fine for positive numbers if i do this -deposit -5000 it gives the player 5000 gold even if he has nothing in the bank.. maybe you'd like to change that :P Fixed now if i type -deposit -5000 it gives nothing, but my balance is -5000 also if I type -withdraw...

is player 12(brown) an enemy? you're checking for the ENEMY of player 12 units... is that right? wouldn't you wanted to check the units OF PLAYER 12 ? dunno, maybe i got it all wrong xD
