See for yourself. It doesn't seem like a reseal to me. The back has a pretty elaborate 'H' seam. Check out the pics.

I have it already. It appears to be factory sealed, with the security sticker on the top of the case. I'm on a phone now, can't upload a pic I don't think.

So I ordered a sealed Tempest 3000 Nuon game on Amazon, and it's not in a gold case? What gives? Anyone hear of this?
