Yes and No, this ability has a duration. Every 2.5 sec the bolts come from nearby units.
If when this happens there are no units, any bolts come from nowhere.
Periodic Event every 2.5 sec.

This ability is something to disable the target, so he can't be near anyone to assist an assault...
I was making this ability, but I can't. I tryed in a lot of ways, but none worked.
Here is the deal:
- Casting Unit does an Ice Curse in a Target Unit ( dummy ability does this )
- Every unit around cursed target atracts an IceBolt to him damaging ( every 2.5 sec )
- After 10 seconds...
Ok, then is easy, I only make blank model, and trigger to make the effect.

Well, about the Region Leak I just followed the tutorial xD, so if it doesn't leak then great, but if it leaks then is prevented.
And I destroyed the trigger, becouse it only runs one time.
