Caster uses a spell and then picks 10 friendly units within 600 range and kills them, but only if there are 10 or more units in range and only 10 would die.

Does anyone know how to recreate a Warcraft III interface? It seems like a lot of functions are missing in SC2?
-Casting spells on the portrait ( this included spells that were like target a area on the map such as "shockwave" but it wouldn't harm your own units of course, but it would fire...
The bar sits above the hero ( shows up as empty until the unit gets attacked, making the bar slowly turn completely red )
If the hero gets attack, the bar increases proportional to the amount of damage done to the hero.
If the hero takes 1000 damage, the bar changes from all red to flashing...
Is there a way to make Defend deal more damage than what they attacked with?
Enemy piercing ranger deals 100 damage, can Defend be made to do 200 damage return?
For the units in locust, if I set the maximum number of targets, does that mean all the little things can attack the same target at once? or can they all attack 100 targets simultaneously?
Does the % affect the damage? How?
If I set it to 50%, does each unit take 50% of the damage or they get evenly split?
Caster takes 50% + the other 50% split into 10% for the other 5 units?
I need to replace an ability when the hero learns a passive.
Sunder lvl 1 100 damage
Sunder lvl 2 150 damage
Sunder lvl 3 200 damage
after learning the passive, replace to the Sunder spell to 200-300-400 damage
