Yes the worker can build the units.And rawcodes have no problem.

I test yours it work fine.But when I change the rawcodes to my custom unit rawcode it don't work.

yes you can with use of the Getlocalplayer. It can be used for floating text,showing special effect to 1 player and some other things too.
