in most cases a simple change like that wont work at all, systems would need to be rewritten for it to function properly, if you used any system such such as group or timer ulti the new updated code is already provided by the creators

have you also checked any systems you may have in your map, e.g timer ultis ect ect. those systems would need to be updated as well

hey anyone know how to fix this? it seems any map made in VJASS warcraft 3 can't open now. Dota wont work and so does some other maps, it just says cannot locate game file, even though its saved in the right place n works the day before. any help woul dbe great

try setting your dummy unit to fly, and see if that fix the problem and add a expiration timer to your dummy too, .5 seconds should do the trick

Why are you using trigger to give your hero ability? it is not neccessary, trigger given ability is usually based for dummies so that your spell can have multiple effects. and it the most common way to give ability is by triggering the effect unit starts the effect of ability ability...

u may download a dummy model where they allow you to attached sfx via trigger string to any part of the body. then you will need to set a loop every 0.25 seconds or whatever and move that dummy to the position where you want your sfx to appear in. i am pretty sure thats how you do it xD

look i had this problem once where i had a upgrade loop error which caused the game to crush when i clicked on my builder. make sure ur building doesnt upgrade to anything, make sure nothing else upgrades to your building.

i dont think its possible to do your attack damage, however you could try doing your agility/intel/strength including or excluding bonuses as damage?

How do u make ur creeps attack when blocked? i have seen Ace heart tutorial on TD but his method is right for me, i dunno why when my creeps gets blocked they just stay there and wont attack...they would just stand there doing nothing x.x Towers aint invurnable and creeps do have attack damage

u could easily search for a knock back system, then base it off your own spell and change effects to your liking
