I read this patch(1.24) will ease making of the MUI spells for even GUI users in most places.
So why it does ?
What does got changed with this patch to ease this ?
As the Blitz said, Go to file ---> Preferences ---> "Allow negative values", check it.
Then just make a custom spell based on devotion aura.Give the negative values as your wish.Set the targets to Enemy,Ground,Air or anything as you want.It should work.

a % chance to release a chain lightning as orb effect..
How can i do ? with triggers, or by editing a skill?
and pls don't say "wait 30 seconds"..It doesnt work properly..
The real thing i want to do is , after -ar mode has selected.All players have 30 seconds to -repick.
I will make 2 triggers..And Trigger A will turn on Trigger B.After this activation of trigger b, 30 seconds later trigger b functions will work..

If I use wait, when I make animation cancelling, it doesnt deal any dmg.

First there will be a special effect at the point of ability being cast.
When animation finishes.It will damage units near 500 aoe of target point.
I can do the damage part easily with triggers..But it doesn't wait for...
