Data - Final Area ?

What does this field do exactly? What is its difference from area of effect field ?

I need a detailed answer please.

( I need its function at Orc Far Seer's Earthquake )

do you mean the skill carrion swarm? or where is that data used?

if i remember correctly the carrion swarm got this data. this skill does hit enemys in a cone, the final area is the width of the cone at the end of the range then.
