I haven't read this anywhere on the forum that fix this but i believe i have the solution. I read somewhere that you have to place the buildings you want the computer to use, you don't.
First I made a map with 2 humans vs. 4 insane zerg (everyone starts with hatchery and comm. center + 4 workers) and that worked fine, the comp built as usual. Then I wanted a new challenge I made 3 Zerg and 3 Terran toghether but only 1-2 comps. built buildnings.
SOLUTION
After a few hours of testing with different changes I found the solution... Me and my friend was in Force 1 and the computers in Force 2. In the settings for Force 2 the "Random start location" was checked. I cleared that box and it worked like it should.
It didn't work because the AI script was mixed. A Terran computer got the Zerg Insane AI script and vice versa. Thats why it worked with just Zerg.
We (the humans) got a total of 3000 kills and two Siege Tanks had 270 kills! The maps name is "000KingX" if you see it on the internet.
If this didn't help tell me...
