History - 'Wheel of Time' books. Go read em  ...Ah fine ill give you a breif history..

In a time of legends the world was ruled by great men and women, who could weild great powers of magic, who were known as the Aes Sedai. The strongest of these Aes Sedai was a man, called Lews Theron Telamon, The Dragon, later called the Kinslayer. It was a tiem of great peace, untill one fo th Aes Sedai found a Fount of Power and attempted to tap it. By doing so she released the long contained pwoer of Shai'Tan, The Dark One. 13 of teh Greatest Aes Sedai joined with Shai'Tan, and created armies for him which decimated the world. Lews Theron and 100 other Aes Sedai gathered their pwoer and managed to close the hole in Shai'Tans prison, but as a final stroke of his pwoer Shai"Tan tained Saidin, the male half of the Magic. All of teh 100 companions went mad, as did any other man to weild the magic, and the world was shattered. But Shai'tan and his 'Forsaken' were held in their prison by 7 'Cuellendar' seals which were unbreakable by any force.
Thousands of years later a man was born. Rand Al'Thor, teh Dragon Reborn, lews Theron come once again to defeat Shai'Tan in the Last Battle. He called to his side many nations, but as he rose in power so too did Shai'Tan, whose prison was beginning to weaken. As The Dragon Reborns followers gathered for the final Battle, the White Tower, home of teh few female Aes Sedai left, was racked by Civil War, and the Armies of the Seanchan, who claimed the land for their long dead king arrived to reclaim their shores. Surrounded by enemies on all sidesthe forces of the Dragon prepare to fight the Last battle.

Teams -

1 Red - The Aiel - Fierce desert warriors who follow Rand'Al Thor.
2 Blue - Andor - Largest nation of the land, led by Elaine trakand, Rands Wife.
3 Teal - The Coastal nations of Mayene, Illian, and Tear - Southern Nations that have sworn fealty to Rand Althor
4 Purple - Borderlands - The four northern lands that have stood guard against the ever advancing evil of the blight for centuries.

5 Yellow - The White Tower - The Aes Sedai who follow Elaia Do'Avrinhy and believe the Dragon should be controlled by them.
6 orange - The Younglings - Warrior's in the late teens who battled alongside Elaida in the overthrowing of the White Tower.

--The Seanchan--
7 Pink - Forerunners - Control the western shores of the land, where teh Seanchan first arrived.
8 Green - Seanchan - Controll the southern more recently captured cities loyal to the Seanchan.

--Followers of Shai'tain--
10 - Light Blue - The Blight - Control's bases where beasts of evil power have gathered for centuries.
11 - Dark Green - Malkier - The once pwoerful nation of Malkier, overcome by the betrayal of Lain Mandragorans greed, now serves the Dark.
12 - Shai'Tan - Shayol' Ghul, and Thakandar, the 2 strongholds deep within the Blight where Sahi'tans hordes are created.

Gameplay - The gameplay will be similar to that of Ringwars, War of the Jewels, Battle for Middle Earth, The Second Age, And many other (Mostly Lord of the Rings) Spawn-Type maps.
Basically each player controlls some bases which have a central building. As long as that building is alive that base will 'spawn' soldiers every 150 seconds. Players can build Barracks at any of their bases, and with the completion of each barracks the players spawn size, and the strength of spawned troops increases. Players also recieve a refund after each barracks completion to build another.
Heros in WoT play a largely supportive role, with very few hugely damaging spells, low healths to begin with, but strong support spells. They cannot be revived.

---Although the first release is completed its official release is delayed to to a bug which u can read about in the World Editor help Topic ---

How come you're so into recipes lately? Never saw this much interest in this topic in the old days of TH.net
  • Monovertex Monovertex:
Hmm, how do I change my signature?
  • tom_mai78101 tom_mai78101:
Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.
  • The Helper The Helper:
I am not big on the recipes I am just promoting them - I use the site as a practice place promoting stuff

@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
  • The Helper The Helper:
You can get there if you click the bell icon (alerts) and choose preferences from the bottom, signature will be in the menu on the left there https://www.thehelper.net/account/preferences

Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though
  • Varine Varine:
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
  • Varine Varine:
Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm
  • Varine Varine:
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
  • Varine Varine:
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
  • Varine Varine:
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
  • Varine Varine:
Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
