Looking for partner to help me finish a TD

Well ive been working on this TD for awhile, its turning out real nice, but I cant stand making all those creeps and towers in the object editor, it drives me crazy. I was just wondering if anyone who likes to do object editor stuff would help me finish up all the towers and creeps and help balance costs and stuff like that.

Well ive already got the towers started. You could delete em all and restart all the towers if you wanted, but i have about... i estimate about 30 towers (including upgrades) so far.

Levels... well, just enough to make the TD last a long time. 40 or 50 would be decent.

The TD is 2v2v2v2

this will be alot more work that I expected. You don't seem to have any triggers set-up other that a few start-up ones. Did you want me to set the whole thing up? Cuz its goint to be hard to balance the creeps if theres no wave trigger. and I wouldent deleat your towers they seem well thought out and balanced but I obviosly couldn't test them. I saw you laid reigions for pathing for the creeps but theres no trigger for it and all the reigions were labeld 1-60 so are a little confuseing. Other that the things I already said I realy like how your maped looked, everything was well laid-out and looked nice.

no I havnt put any of the triggers in because i just havnt gotten there yet.

all i need you to do is get the creeps and towers finished up. and thx for the help, needless to say ull get credits.

Ok I have another question did you want the creeps to spawn like in mass so they come in one big bunch or did you want them to come like in sets of one or two? Also how many creeps will be spawning each wave?

Creeps spawn in line formation. About 1 / 0.40 seconds

25 / wave

1 / boss wave

And the creeps need to be in these types.
-Invis (creeps with permanant invis ability)
-Standard (normal creeps. this kind should be the mojority of spawns)
-Flying (air creeps. generally faster than other types)
-Evasive (creeps with 30% - 60% Chance to Evade)
-Boss (1 strong creep)

Ok thats easly done. I'v tried to use pathing blockers instead of moving the creeps with regions and triggers and it worked out farliy well, so I'm going to try and keep it like that if I can besause this way it will remove have to link a ton of regions together with annoying triggers. Anyway I'll get to work it all this somtime later today and hopfuly will be done in like 2-3 days.

hmmm.... I seem to have encountered a problem...Where are the creeps suposed to die when a player leaks?? Do they use the "WayGates" and go through the next players path? or are they suposed to die when they reach the "WayGates"? If they are suposed to go through both players path then im going to need to increases there HP(witch is no problem), if they don't then I'm good to keep on working :p .

aah..OK good I was having problems blanceing it for one player anyway :p. hmm. Thats kinda cool then the creeps will kinda criss-cross then right? one set heading one way the second set going the oppiset? should be pretty cool once its done.

K I think I'v finished all the levels! There are 40 Levels that I think are pretty balanced, It's kind hard to balance creeps that are ment to go through two players towers by yourself but I think it should be pretty good. I only added one tower called the Magic Tower and 3 upgrades to it, It deals fast Magic damage with a 5% chance to deal 4 times it normal damage and requiers the Elemental Upgrade thingy to be built. I'd add more tower but I'm compleatly out of ideas from my own TD sry. also I left the Final wave of creeps without a name or model file besause I think you should deside what the last level looks like since its your map :p. Feel free to change anything you want just think of the levels I made as suggestions so you can either use those or make some of your own. Also I know you said you wanted your TD to have a lot of waves but with 40 Levels I think one game could last as long as 50 minutes. So yeah there you go, hope I diddnt forget anything and that you are happy with it. I'll remove the Map from this post as soon as you tell me you have DL it.

Edit: I'm removing the map from this post because i dont feel right leaving a half finished map out for anyone to DL. Ill repost the map when I see your online again...

lol this is gonna be hard...ok I'm usaly online at around 10:00 - 11:00 PM U.S Eastern time zone or GMT -5:00. I have no idea what time zone your in, but if you can be on at the times I metioned I'll try to get you the map :rolleyes: :p

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
