Start with combat units

How can I get the certain players in the game to start out with just a combat unit, and not a worker unit? For example, Player 1 is gonna start out with a modified Goliath, so I put the Goliath on the Starting Point. Then, when I tested it, the Goliath was gone, and was replaced by the Command Center with 4 SCV's. How can I make it so only the Goliath is there?

You can't.
Melee always starts with Nexus/Hatchery/CC and four workers.
The only way you can change that is with Use Map Settings.
