A Friend needs a logo designed

Hey guys, I just happen to have a friend who's starting a business. Right now he's trying to get a logo designed, and is paying $200.00 for the rights to the logo. Here's the proposal:

There's just under a week left, and only 3 entries submitted so far.

Nice :). I might take a shot at this for fun, even if I'm probably not eligible for the money lol :p. Do we submit entries here or there though?

(Cause if we have to submit there we need to get an account there most probably)
 
Alright Question. I'm submitting a design under the legality of my parents (because I'm not 18) but while submitting I found this checklist:

* I've read the full design brief for the contest.
* I've had a look at the other entries and the discussion.
* I've read the feedback on any of my previous entries.
* I've read and agree with the designer guidelines of 99designs.com

...now I haven't been able to do points 2 and 3. Can anyone tell me how to look at the other entries? :S

Edit: Submitted mine anywho. Very nice designs btw Pineapple :D.
 
I thought Pine's had a good chance of winning. It's a shame to see it eliminated so soon. :(

    I have converted the Headline News forum to an Article type forum. It will now show the top 20 threads with more detail of each thread.

    I do not see a way to go past the 1st page of posts on the forum though

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while

    Yeah I'm not sure what the deal is with the pagination.

    It SHOULD be there so I think it might just be an artifact of having an older style.

    I switched it to a "Standard" article forum. This will show the thread list like normal, but the threads themselves will have the first post set up above the rest of the "comments"

    I don't really get that article forum but I think it is because I have never really seen it used on a multi post thread
