Basic item help

How do i add an ability to the item? And make it work? If I want to add a "stun hammer" (can't remember name of ability) to the item, then when you are pressing the item you will be able to choose target, and use the spell against that target?

It is really basic, but i don't know how i make the item "clickable" and if there is a special way to add the ability, which is supposed to be used, if you click the item.

What should i change in the Object Editor at the Item to make this work?

In the object editor. Make sure "Stats - Actively use" is true

Go to the item, go to abilities, add Storm bolt.

Next go to stats - actively used, and set this to true.

Note that if you have more than one ability, make sure that the Active ability is on top of the list of abilities because only the ability that is on top of the list will show its cooldown.
