Bound Maps

I just whant to know how you can make a bound map, for ex. they have diffrent Color Squares or an space back ground i cant do any of that on my campaign editor......is there a diffrent kind of map creator, like whats this "staredit" and how do i get it?

StarEdit is the Starcraft Campaign Editor, it's installed along with Starcraft -- if you have the game Starcraft, you probably have StarEdit

To get the square blocks of terrain, you need to get a program called ISOM, it changes your map so that you can edit your terrain in rectangular blocks.
