Custom Fog

Could someone please explain how to make a custom colored fog, such as the fog in The Kingdom of Kaliron? Is it able to be done with triggers? For example, if I wanted to create a heavy blue fog for a specific player when he enters a dungeon, how would I do it?

To the best of my knowledge there isnt any other types of fog than the one specified in the game options and the ground fog weather effect.

could you possibly post a screen shot? i dont have warcraft installed at the moment. Reformated harddrive.

By the looks of it, that's probably a custom model glow / fog
