You cant. JASS is a type of coding, not a program.

Jass isn't something you download. It's the scripting language WC3 uses.

You should get NewGen to make Jassing easier, however.

To program in jass create a new trigger then press "Edit -> Convert to custom text"

I think saying it's a false positive that your virus detection (namely AVG) thinks it's a virus when it's not, is a better way to put it. Putting it that way looks like someone with a knife saying "I have no intentions on stabbing you."

And, as I know it, it is barely possible (If not impossible) to make it work on Mac...

Actually, you can run JassHelper in WINE on a Mac, if it has an Intel processor. It's just pretty inconvenient...
