How do you make a so called "Hero Tavern" for Reign of Chaos?

Umm i have been having difficulty making custom heroes in my "hero tavern" cuz in my map, i am able to buy multiple copies of my hero instead of only buying just one hero.

i just want to buy only ONE copy of the hero in my "hero tavern" and that's it. I am not planning to revive my hero at all so i dont need a guide for hero revival areas.

PS: Are The world editors of reign of chaos and frozen throne the same or different? sorry for the questions, cuz i'm just a newbie to this and that i can't even find the window "Gameplay Constants"

You can't make a Hero Tavern in the usual sense with the ROC editor. The TFT editor is far better, and the game itself only costs 20$.

Yeah. Once you use the Frozen Throne editor, you'll wonder why you thought the ROC one was so great.

The ROC one makes up over half the editor, how can you say it's not great?
Frozen throne is an expansion, not a game.

If you really want to make a hero tavern, make one for each player with spells
Each spell uses a trigger and creates a hero using the basic functions.

However there aren't shortcuts like Frozen Throne.

You'll have to use a Player Owned Unit Event instead of Generic Unit Event.
