ive been playing wc3 for along time and ive came across alot of porn games. there not a games as much just a picture. my question is, is doing that even legal, (not that im planing on making a porn game). and if its not i think u should ban those people.

Well weather or not its legal, its creepy and i wish Blizzard would fix that probelm but no one here (I dont think... -THERE WATCHING!) is a Blizzard dude/tech worker/empolye or anything.

legal depends on the state-age

i know in md it is illegal to veiw pornographical matirial of women over 18 if you are under 18, and if the girls are under 18 and you are over 18 it is also illegal (just like sex laws). Blizzard probably dosent like it, but technicaly, the only person breaking the law is if you are under-over 18 dpending on the age of people in pics

i think the law may differ but it could be 18 in all states

Fix that problem? I don't play them, I don't endorse them, but I don't endorse stopping them either. If they want to play them, fine. Oh wait, we have to think
of the children...just like the candy and toy industry. THEY'RE thinking of the children. Then again, Puh-leez. Stuff like that has existed in many games for years (porn sprays in half-life, anyone?)

It's one of those things where it's technically illegal, but it's almost impossible to prosecute, and therefore not worth the effort at all.

Its actually easier to go to a porn site than to view porn on bnet. I mean, it takes longer to dl a map than access a web page, most of the time.

As for the half-life porn sprays, they were images you could "paint" on a flat surface in a multiplayer map. You could make an image of just about anything, but there were definitely quite a few porn sprays. At first they were simply cheesy colors...where you could barely make out the details. Then there was a hack or patch or something and all of a sudden they could be in vivid color detail.

i think blizzard should ban or warn people who make/play those games, because alot of people who are under even under 15 play battle.net.

Its illegal, because noware on the box of wc3 does it say "may contain material .... " and the people that make those just need to get laid :cool:

I had a thing that made all the player skins naked on my sever, but it was uber gay trying to kill people without laughing at people running around naked with AK's :p

Its not illegal, unless its included in the terms of agreement you gotta accept when making an account.

Most of the time they provide that little warning when you try to play online, but
nowhere on the box. So if you really cared, and didn't want to play a potentially R rated game, you would be "screwed" because you won't find out until you after you already paid and opened the box. Some contract.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
