ive been playing wc3 for along time and ive came across alot of porn games. there not a games as much just a picture. my question is, is doing that even legal, (not that im planing on making a porn game). and if its not i think u should ban those people.

legal depends on the state-age

i know in md it is illegal to veiw pornographical matirial of women over 18 if you are under 18, and if the girls are under 18 and you are over 18 it is also illegal (just like sex laws). Blizzard probably dosent like it, but technicaly, the only person breaking the law is if you are under-over 18 dpending on the age of people in pics

i think the law may differ but it could be 18 in all states

Its actually easier to go to a porn site than to view porn on bnet. I mean, it takes longer to dl a map than access a web page, most of the time.

As for the half-life porn sprays, they were images you could "paint" on a flat surface in a multiplayer map. You could make an image of just about anything, but there were definitely quite a few porn sprays. At first they were simply cheesy colors...where you could barely make out the details. Then there was a hack or patch or something and all of a sudden they could be in vivid color detail.

I had a thing that made all the player skins naked on my sever, but it was uber gay trying to kill people without laughing at people running around naked with AK's

Its not illegal, unless its included in the terms of agreement you gotta accept when making an account.

Most of the time they provide that little warning when you try to play online, but
nowhere on the box. So if you really cared, and didn't want to play a potentially R rated game, you would be "screwed" because you won't find out until you after you already paid and opened the box. Some contract.
