locking camera

how do I lock all players camera to a unit or region until that player changes ownership of a hero. If that player does not change the camera is lock there. After thay change ownership they can move their screen like normally.

Pick every player in All players and do

You're a little unclear, what do you mean by 'change ownership?' Does the player have to do something? Click on a Hero they want to change?

Well, if that's the case, use these actions:

Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
    Loop - Actions
        Camera - Lock camera target for (picked player) to (Triggering unit), offset by (0.00, 0.00) using Default rotation

and to unlock the camera,

Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
    Loop - Actions
        Camera - Reset camera for (picked player) to standard game-view over 0.00 seconds
