Well, lets start by telling us what DO happen

Nothing happened before.
Now the first trigger creates loop and the second trigger is removed.
The problems are:
The VolleyDummy does not spawn infront of the caster
The VolleyDummy does not attack random point within 200 AoE of VolleyPoint It attack-grounds always the VolleyPoint. Overall the skill doesn't looks coll at all.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
