"new editor"and placeing blight with spells help me plz

can some one link the update for the newest editor please and...

im trying to make a spell that places blight in a certain area where and when the spell is casted.how can i do this?i got it to cover the whole map when casted but i just need it in one area.

btw this is for my map PANDAMONIUM pretty balanced good ammount of heros just need some items

I think he means either Newgen or an editor update. (1.24)

You may not want the new update, it will likely screw some of your maps over. This has happened to others who downloaded 1.24
