Definitely not hip hop. Maybe the first few seconds, but then it randomly goes into techno/trance which definitely can't be rapped over.

It sounds good though.

yeah i know i was about to make it into a hip hop style but in the end i decided to stick with original idea of techno.

It's okay. I like the beat in the start, but i don't fancy the sudden change from hip-hop to techno. If you gave it a smoother transition then it might be okay.
I don't really like the synths, they're to weak (i like hard synths).
The leads stutter seem to be a little off-beat.

I give your track 7/10.

Try keeping the hip-hop beat in the techno part and change the kick to a four-on-the-floor (still keeping the other kicks), fix the stutter in the lead, give the synths a little resonance and some equalizing then I'd probably give it 9/10.

Hip-Hop + Techno is what we call eurodance.
